ZAID Studios is led by founders LeTricia and Anthony Zogheib, a Naples and beirut based team combining decades of experience in interior design, architecture, and project delivery. LeTricia built her reputation through award-winning residential and commercial work, co-founding Houston design firm The WM and being recognized by Modern Luxury magazine among Houston’s “Power Players.”
Anthony is an award-winning architect and founder of BASE Consultants Group, bringing nearly four decades of technical and environmental expertise to complex builds and renovations. Together, they deliver turnkey, luxury interiors—residential, commercial, and boutique hospitality—guided by global influence and exacting craft.
