We were commissioned by JE Dunn, one of the largest construction firms in the U.S., to design a workplace that felt like a second home for their Houston team. The result is a masculine, industrial-modern environment overlooking the city skyline—where raw materials meet refined details. Every space was created with human connection in mind: a reception that sets a powerful first impression, meeting spaces designed for collaboration, and lounges that foster relaxation and creativity. The project also integrated one of the first circadian rhythm–based lighting systems in Houston, ensuring that employees work in harmony with natural cycles. This is a workplace built not only for performance but for well-being.
